The District may also have a District Fellowship, whose adult members are not attached to a Group, but still wish to provide help and support to both Groups and the District.

Districts look for their support to a Scout County, which will be lead by a CC (County Commissioner). Similar to the District there will be a team of ACCs (Assistant County Commissioner)
